THIS GROUP IS CURRENTLY FULL. Rebecca Crichton, Executive Director of Northwest Center for Creative Aging, welcomes NEST members to the first Discussing the
Undiscussables group. This will be a closed group inviting members to create deeper connections with each other to explore the many
topics we find it hard to talk about with others. Rebecca will share information and techniques that can support and connect us as we
age.

In our first session we will choose the order in which we want to explore the ‘Big D’s’ that challenge us as we age: The list includes Dependency, Disability, Dementia, Depression, Death and Dying and others. The intention is to provide a safe place to listen and connect. The more we are open to hearing each other clearly, the deeper our sense of trust and connection. The group will be limited in size and meet monthly with encouragement to connect with each other between meetings.
